📦 Orders & Shipping

🔍 How do I track my order?
You can track your order on our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your tracking number to get the latest updates on your shipment.

🛑 How do I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this, orders may already be processed or shipped. Please see our Cancellation Policy for details.
✅ If a cancellation is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
⚠️ Please note: orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

🏠 Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot revise the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

All orders are processed securely. Your information is entered into an SSL-secure webpage, encrypted, and transmitted to our payment provider for authorization.
🔐 ZARIMI.shop does not store your credit card information.

⏱ When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.

💱 Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your total will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate set by your card issuer.

💡 Can I use multiple discount codes?
No. Promotional and discount codes cannot be combined unless specifically stated otherwise.
